Metrotec Celebrates 20 Years in Egypt’s Water Meter Industry

ZENNER and Metrotec Expand 20-Year Partnership in Egypt

6/10/2026
Metrotec Milestones

Honored to welcome Mr. Lehmann and the ZENNER team to our Metrotec factory in    Egypt, celebrating over 20 years of partnership and proudly continuing the vision and legacy of Eng. Mohamed Abdellatif.

As ZENNER’s exclusive partner in Egypt, Metrotec has been locally manufacturing key components, assembling ZENNER meters, and supplying the Egyptian market for more than two decades.

We are excited about our discussions to further expand this cooperation, including the potential for Metrotec to become a future hub for ZENNER smart and prepaid water meters, Made in Egypt and exported to African markets.

Building on 20 years of trust and success, we look forward to an exciting new chapter of growth and partnership together. 🇪🇬🤝🇩🇪
